Volunteers & Internships

Experience the past from behind the scenes!

Plimoth Plantation’s mission is to provide the public with powerful personal experiences of history. We welcome dedicated and talented volunteers to work alongside our museum staff in accomplishing that mission. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at the museum that can be tailored to your specific interests and abilities.

Our Internship Program allows talented young men and women a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled museum staff. We offer paid internships, partially paid internships and volunteer internships. Academic credit is available. Although the majority of internships take place over the summer, some autumn, spring and winter internships may also be offered.
